What's included in the "Full Package"? +
A Full Package includes: (1) Mockup images for your Etsy listings (multiple room scenes), and (2) Print-ready customer deliverables in standard sizes (4x6, 8x10, 8x12, 16x20, A4, A3, etc.) at 300 DPI.
How does deliverable caching work? +
When you generate deliverables for an artwork, we cache them. If you later generate mockups with different templates using the same artwork, the deliverables come from cache - saving time and not counting against your monthly limit.
What are the retention periods? +
Free: 14 days, Basic: 30 days, Pro: 90 days, Team: 1 year. After this period, cached deliverables are deleted. Download them before they expire, or generate again (counts as new usage).
Can I use the mockups commercially? +
Yes! Mockups generated with your artwork are yours to use commercially on Etsy, your website, social media, etc. No attribution required.
How does the rating system work? +
Browse mockups by category and give a thumbs up or down. We use this feedback to prioritize improvements, remove poor templates, and add more of what works. Your ratings make the library better for everyone.
